Ingredients:
400g beef sirloin, cut into cubes
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar.
Pour the sauce over the beef, then add pineapple chunks.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is glazed.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with rice or noodles!
