Ingredients:

3 cups tri-color rotini pasta, cooked & cooled

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cubed cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/2 cup sliced salami & pepperoni

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup Italian dressing

Salt & pepper to tasteΒ

Instructions:

Cook the pasta, drain, and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, meats, cheese, and veggies.

Pour in Italian dressing and toss until evenly coated.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
