Ingredients:
• 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized cubes
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (or honey for sweetness)
• 1 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, green)
• 1 small zucchini, sliced
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Sesame seeds + chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the steak: Toss steak cubes with 1 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
2. Sear the steak: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 min until browned but still juicy. Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-fry veggies: In the same pan, add onion, garlic, and veggies. Stir-fry 3–4 min until slightly tender but crisp.
4. Sauce it up: Add back the steak. Pour in remaining soy sauce, oyster, and hoisin. Stir well. If you like a thicker sauce, add cornstarch slurry. Cook 1 min.
5. Serve hot: Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions. Enjoy over steamed rice or noodles.
