Ingredients:
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 large can (29 oz) sliced peaches in syrup (or fresh peaches, sweetened)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare Pan
Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish (do not stir).
3. Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
4. Assemble
Pour batter over the butter in the dish (do not stir).
Spoon peaches and syrup evenly over the batter (still, do not stir).
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
5. Bake
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
6. Serve
Let cool slightly, then serve warm — amazing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
