Ingredients
• 1½ lbs salmon, cut into bite-size cubes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of ½ lemon (more to taste)
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
• Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
Pat the salmon bites dry, then season them with Chef Bae seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked through. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
Add the salmon bites back to the skillet and gently toss them in the lemon garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes, letting everything get glossy and flavorful.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with parsley if using, and serve hot.
