– 1 package (200g) Cream Cracker biscuits
– 250ml sugar
– 125ml custard
– 1 liter milk
– 100g butter
– 10ml vanilla essence
– For decoration:
– 250ml sifted icing sugar
– 1-2 large ripe passion fruits, opened and pulp scooped out

1. Grease a 25x15cm baking dish or pan with butter or spray with non-stick spray.
2. Arrange a layer of Cream Crackers at the bottom (ensuring the breaking lines face the same direction).
3. Mix sugar, custard powder, and milk well in a large microwave-safe bowl.
4. Add butter and microwave on High (100% power) for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, the pudding should be thick and cooked. Stir in vanilla essence.
6. Carefully pour the warm pudding over the Cream Crackers without shifting them.
7. Top with another layer of Cream Crackers, aligning the breaking lines.
8. Cool to room temperature.
9. Mix icing sugar with enough passion fruit pulp to create a thick, spreadable mixture.
10. Spoon a dollop of icing onto each Cream Cracker and spread evenly.
11. Refrigerate until the icing hardens.
12. Slice and serve.
