1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter

How to Make:
Place the chuck roast in your slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly over the top. Add butter right on top of the seasonings, then scatter pepperoncini around the roast. Add a tablespoon or two of the pepperoncini juice for extra tang.
Cover and cook on **LOW for 8–9 hours** or **HIGH for 4–5 hours**, until the roast is fork-tender and falling apart.
Shred the meat directly in the slow cooker and mix it with the juices for maximum flavor. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or over buttered noodles.
