Old-Fashioned Meatloaf with Brown Gravy

Ingredients
For the meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley

For the brown gravy:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
Shape into a loaf and place in the pan.
Bake 55–65 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While it bakes, melt butter in a saucepan.
Whisk in flour to make a roux and cook 1 minute.
Slowly add beef broth while whisking until smooth.
Add Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Slice meatloaf and spoon warm brown gravy over the top.
