Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey (or brown sugar).
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the tenderloins until fully coated.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloins on all sides for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the oven (or move the pork to your prepared baking sheet) and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad. The result is juicy, flavorful pork with a caramelized glaze that melts in your mouth.
