Instructions:
Prep the Fish:

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Fish:

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. If the fillets are thick, you may need to cook them a little longer. The fish should flake easily when tested with a fork.
Make the Lemon Herb Butter:

While the fish is cooking, melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add lemon juice and stir in the chopped parsley. Let it simmer for another minute, then remove from heat.
Serve:

Once the fish is cooked, transfer it to plates. Drizzle the lemon herb butter over the fillets.
Garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley.
Enjoy!

Serve your pan-seared fish with lemon and herb butter alongside your favorite vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal!
