This is one of my favorite sweet treats. My family loves it too! I made Batch this past week and have had a few people ask me to share the recipe again.
RECIPE – Makes 36 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick salted butter
2 cups natural peanut butter
1 & 1/4 cups powdered monkfruit sweetener
2 tsp vanilla extract

STEPS:
1. Put the butter and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-60 seconds.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Place the peanut butter mixture in a parchment lined or silicone 8×8” dish.
4. Freeze until solid.
5. Cut into 36 pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
