The best of both worldsβpizza meets enchiladas for a cheesy, saucy, family-favorite dinner!
Β Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup yellow onion, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
2 cups pizza sauce
8 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
20β24 pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Cook beef, onion, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and veggies are tender. Drain excess grease.
Stir in 1 cup of pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Fill tortillas with the beef mixture, roll them up, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Pour remaining pizza sauce over the top, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with pepperoni.
Bake for 15β20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
