Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup heavy cream or milk (optional, for a creamier texture)
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra spice)
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Meat & Aromatics
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Add the Rotel & Seasoning
