INGREDIENTS:
●1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced flank steak)
●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
●1 small onion, thinly sliced
●3 cloves garlic, minced
●1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
●4 cups green cabbage, shredded
●2 tablespoons soy sauce
●1 tablespoon oyster sauce
●1 teaspoon sesame oil
●Salt and black pepper to taste
●Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
■Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
■Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
■Add ground beef (or sliced steak) and cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes.
■Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
■Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until just tender but still slightly crisp.
■Season with salt and pepper to taste.
■Remove from heat and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
■Serve hot as a main dish or over steamed rice for a heartier meal.
