Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables. Add the seasonings.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with a layer of tater tots.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tater tots are golden
