Slow Cooker Beef Ramen Noodles

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:
  • Brown the beef in a skillet and drain fat.
  • Add beef, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours.
  • Add ramen noodles, stir, and cook for 10–15 mins until noodles are tender.
  • Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
