Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
 
- 
1 cup matchstick carrots
 
- 
1 red bell pepper, sliced
 
- 
3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
 
- 
2 cups beef broth
 
- 
½ cup soy sauce
 
- 
¼ cup brown sugar
 
- 
2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:
- 
Brown the beef in a skillet and drain fat.
 
- 
Add beef, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper to the slow cooker.
 
- 
Cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours.
 
- 
Add ramen noodles, stir, and cook for 10–15 mins until noodles are tender.
 
- 
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
