Ingredients:
5 cans corn kernels, drained
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 medium jalapeΓ±os, seeded and diced
Β½ cup whole milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
ΒΌ cup unsalted butter, cubed
8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except bacon) in a slow cooker. Stir well.
Top with butter and cream cheese.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Stir in crumbled bacon just before serving.
