Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup water

Instructions:

Prepare the pork chops: Lightly season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Mix the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and water until smooth.

Layer in the slow cooker: Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chops.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until pork is tender and fully cooked.

Serve: Spoon some of the creamy ranch sauce over the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
