Ingredients:
4 large turkey wings (whole or split)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning (or thyme)
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or mushroom soup (optional for extra richness)
2 tbsp flour (for thickening)
2 tbsp butter or drippings

Instructions:
1. Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Clean and pat dry the turkey wings. (Optional: soak in lemon water for 10 mins.)
2. Season:
Mix the dry seasonings.
Rub turkey wings with olive oil, then season all over.
Place wings in a baking dish or roasting pan.
3. Add Aromatics:
Top with sliced onions and minced garlic.
4. Make Gravy Base:
In a bowl, mix broth and cream of chicken soup (if using).
Pour over the turkey wings.
5. Cover & Bake:
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, until wings are tender and fall-off-the-bone.
6. Optional: Thicken Gravy:
Remove wings.
In a pan, melt butter, whisk in flour to form a roux.
Slowly add some of the pan drippings to create thick gravy.
Pour gravy over wings before serving.
