Spinach Artichoke Crescent Roll Bake

Ingredients:

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

2 cans crescent roll dough

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, and seasonings.

Unroll crescent dough, pressing seams together into a rectangle.

Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the dough.

Roll up (like a jelly roll) and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cut side up.

Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
