1 lb steak, sliced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, and let them sizzle for about a minute until their aroma fills the kitchen.
3. Add your sliced steak to the pan and cook it until it’s nice and browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Slide the shrimp in next and stir everything together. The shrimp will turn pink and opaque in just 2-3 minutes.
5. Now, add your mixed vegetables and pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry everything for another 3-4 minutes so the veggies stay crisp and colorful.
6. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to suit your taste.
7. Serve your stir fry hot over rice or noodles for a hearty meal everyone will love.
