A Creamy Dream Come True: Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce
Juicy steaks smothered in a rich, garlicky cream sauce—perfect for an indulgent dinner!
INGREDIENTS
4 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or strip)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS

Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Scrape up any browned bits from the skillet for added flavor.

Let the sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to thicken.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
Let them cook in the sauce for 1-2 minutes to soak up the flavors.

Plate the steaks and drizzle with extra garlic cream sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread for a complete and satisfying meal!
