Directions:

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside, reserving Β½ cup of pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1β2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2β3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Toss in the cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2β3 minutes until softened.
Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet.
Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
