Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups warm milk
β’ 2/3 cup sugar
β’ 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
β’ 1 1/2 tsp salt
β’ 1/4 cup oil
β’ 6 cups bread flour

Steps:
1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let foam.
2. Add salt, oil, flour β make dough.
3. Knead 8β10 min.
4. Rise 1 hr.
5. Shape into 2 loaves β pans.
6. Rise 30β45 min.
7. Bake 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 30β35 min.
8. Cool before slicing.
