- 2 lb. baby potatoes
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into coins
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans of whole green beans, drained
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 tbsp. butter
Step By Step Instructions
STEP ONE – Cut the baby potatoes in half for smaller potatoes or quartered for larger potatoes, you want them to be roughly the same size.
STEP TWO – Layer those in the bottom of the crockpot.
STEP THREE – Add the sliced sausage over top.
STEP FOUR -Sprinkle ranch seasoning and cajun seasoning over top.
STEP FIVE – Add the broth.
STEP SIX – Cut the butter into slices and layer over top.
STEP SEVEN – Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8.
STEP EIGHT – One hour before cook time is finished, add the green beans to the pot and allow those to cook while cooking finishes.
STEP NINE – Stir to combine everything and serve.
