- 1 oz au jus gravy packet
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup sliced Pepperoncinis
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP TWO – Cut the potatoes in half, and cut the chicken into one inch pieces.
STEP THREE – Whisk together the pepperoncini juice, olive oil, ranch, and au jus in a large bowl, then add the chicken and potatoes, then toss to coat.
STEP FOUR – Add the mixture onto the parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer.
