A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert!
Ingredients:
2 cups water boiling
6 ounces blackberry Jello
16 ounces crushed pineapple drained
1 can blueberry pie filling
Topping
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 Tablespoons sugar
16 ounces Cool Whip softened
fresh blueberries optional

Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, combine the raspberry gelatin and boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add Fruit: Add the drained crushed pineapple and blueberry pie filling to the gelatin mixture. Stir until well combined.
Chill: Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Tips:
For a creamier version, you can add a layer of whipped cream or a cream cheese mixture on top of the set Jello.
To make it even more festive, you can garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
