Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped (or chives)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions: Prepare the Flour Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the Shrimp:
Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, making sure they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour. Fry the Shrimp:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 350°F / 175°C). Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix well until smooth. Coat the Shrimp:
Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce until they are evenly coated. Garnish and Serve:
