Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce


 Ingredients


1. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2. 2 cups broccoli florets
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
6. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
7. Salt and pepper, to taste
8. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

 Instructions


1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
3. Grill broccoli for 3-5 minutes per side or until tender.
4. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5. To assemble the bowls, place grilled chicken and broccoli on top of a bed of greens (if desired).
6. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
