Seaside Snapper with Lobster Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 snapper fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup white wine (substitute with fish or vegetable broth)
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook snapper: Season snapper fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the snapper fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Prepare lobster sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add white wine (or broth) and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Make cream sauce: Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens. Add the chopped lobster meat and lemon juice, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Combine: Pour the lobster cream sauce over the cooked snapper fillets.
5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes:
• Pair with steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
• Use shrimp or crab meat as a substitute for lobster.
