Ingredients:
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bell pepper, red onion, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Toss again gently just before serving.
