Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add sausage to skillet. Cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in skillet. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in cream, chicken broth, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer.
Add Parmesan and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in pasta, shrimp, and sausage. Mix and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
