2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup self-rising flour

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Gradually add the self-rising flour and mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Using a small cookie scoop or two spoons, drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough into the hot oil. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding.
