Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

These wraps are loaded with creamy, cheesy garlic flavor for an easy meal any night of the week.
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
– 2 tbsp butter (melted)
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 4 large tortillas
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
2. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture onto each one. Spread the filling down the center of each tortilla.
3. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
4. In a skillet, heat the melted butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
5. Place the wraps in the skillet, seam side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice in half, and serve warm.
