8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 oz salami, sliced into strips
½ cup dill pickle slices
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
For the Marinade:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cube the cheddar & mozzarella cheeses.
Slice the salami into strips.
Prepare the dill pickle slices and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

In a medium bowl, mix the cheese, salami, pickles, and red onion.
Pour the marinade over the mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
